Description of the subject of the order:
a) The subject of the order is the service of maintaining and servicing automation systems in the KST tunnel.
b) Ordering Party described the Subject of the order using the following documents: Draft provisions of the contract (PPU), constituting. Annex No. 2 to SWZ and scope in-kind together with attachments, constituting Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ.
c) If the manufacturer's name or trademark appears in any appendix to the SWZ trademarks, standards, approvals, technical specifications and reference systems, products may be replaced by equivalent ones. For equivalent solutions Ordering party will accept solutions that enable the effect intended by the Ordering Party to be achieved using other technical solutions. An identical solution cannot be considered an equivalent solution, but only one which in the compared features indicates exactly the same or very similar use value. By indicating the manufacturer's name, trademarks, standards, approvals or reference systems, the Ordering Party aimed to determine the minimum quality parameters and functional features that the goods must meet in order to meet the requirements set by the Ordering Party and constitute only quality standard of the subject of the order.
