• Description:
• The subject of the contract is the operation and service of the TEMPUS DC application control system in the buildings at 86-95 Opolska Street in Poznań. Under the contract, the Contractor undertakes to: 1) open the garden water circulation in the HYDROFORNI room, install a new battery in the controller, checking the correctness of setting the solenoid valves to the OFF position, programming the irrigation intensity in accordance with the plants' needs, checking the correctness of irrigation before the start of the irrigation period, before starting growing season of plant irrigation, i.e. air temperature that does not pose a threat to water freezing in the system and its destruction, 2) closing the garden water circulation in the HYDROFORNIA room, dismantling the controller battery, checking its correctness setting the solenoid valves to the OFF position, removing the installation of irrigation of residual water with compressed air using a compressor in the place of the ground box located next to the ground box of the controller and solenoid valves, turning solenoid valves to the ON position in order to push the water out of the irrigation system with air, turn the solenoid valves to the OFF position (the actions should be repeated for each section/solenoid valve) after the end of the irrigation period, the growing season of the irrigated plants, i.e. before the air temperature reaches a level that threatens the water in the system to freeze and destroy it, 3) check the correct operation of the irrigation installation during the system's operation, i.e. the amount and time of irrigation...
