Description:
is the service of maintenance and software, repairs and service support for the RayStation planning system. Detailed description of the subject of the order 1. The Contractor will perform the following activities related to the implementation of this contract: - technical inspection of the treatment planning system - checking records of LOG files of Ray Station servers - checking LOG records of the SQL database server - checking ACTIVE DIRECTORY controllers - checking the correctness of backups - installation of updates to the server system and the operating system of computer stations (if required) - diagnostics of devices that are components of the treatment planning system in the event of a failure - user support in repairing damaged parts, the purchase of spare parts to replace them is the responsibility of the user.2. The contractor will have permanent access (online) to servicing the item orders.3. Reaction/intervention time to report a fault is up to 24 hours on business days, understood as days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays - ..(poda).4.
