- is the service of maintenance and software, repairs and service support for the RayStation planning system. Detailed description of the subject of the order 1. The Contractor will perform the following activities related to the implementation of this contract: - review technical treatment planning system - checking the LOG files of the Ray Station servers - checking the LOG records of the SQL database server - checking the ACTIVE DIRECTORY controllers - checking the correctness of backups - installation updating the server system and the operating system of computer stations (if required) - diagnostics of devices that are components of the treatment planning system in the event of a defect - user support in repairing damaged parts, purchasing parts replacement parts are the responsibility of the user.2. The contractor will have permanent access (on-line) to servicing the subject of the order.3.
