case reference: 01/12/2025/TI/JK Tychy, December 5, 2025. REQUEST FOR QUOTE1. The description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex 1 to this request for quotation.2. Required order completion period: from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.3. Place of order fulfillment: Szybka stops Regional Railway in Tychy.4. The contract template specifying the provisions of the contract that are important for the Ordering Party is attached as Annex 2.5. The offer price should be given in Polish zlotys (PLN) with an accuracy of two decimal places. The total price of the offer must cover the entire scope of the order specified in the inquiry offer. This price should also include other costs related to the execution of the order, if the Contractor provides for them (e.g. travel costs, fees, insurance, etc.).6. The offer must be prepared in Polish; all settlements will be made in PLN.7. The offer must be signed by the persons authorized or authorized to make declarations of will on behalf of the Contractor.8. The price offer in accordance with Annex No. 3 should be submitted by December 11, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. via the eB2B purchasing platform at https://pkmtychy.eb2b.com.pl/ in electronic form with a qualified electronic signature or a copy of a handwritten document.9.
