Description:
Brief description of the subject of the order: Maintenance consists in maintaining electrical installations in buildings entrusted to the Contractor for maintenance services in continuous technical condition. The contractor is obliged to regularly carry out periodic inspections of public rooms, surroundings andother elements of buildings, immediately determining threat levels and securing buildings, surroundings and areas under the administration of the Administration. , Examples of activities included in the scope of maintenance services concern electrical installations of common parts of the building, including: 1) all installationsthe so-called administrative, i.e. lighting of corridors, staircases, basements, attics, external lighting, power supply for cranes, hoses, etc., 2) WLZ (internal power lines) from the cable connector through security boards, to final receptions for administrative installations, for residential receptionsh for residential boards,, 3) equipotential bonding and lightning protection installations, 4) power supply installations for park or street lighting sup- ports and in buildings managed by ZGN/ADK, 5) measurements of electrical and lightning protection installations.
