- 1. The subject of the order is the provision of a service including servicing of fee verification systems and devices for managing paid parking zones in Gdynia.2. The scope of the service includes servicing fee verification systems, including: maintenance of websites, e-subscriptions and notification, ESB data bus, controller application and maintenance of hardware infrastructure necessary for the proper operation of fee collection systems for paid parking zones in Gdynia. 3. The subject of the order includes the provision by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of: 1) maintenance services; 2) services development. The purpose of maintenance is to ensure the Ordering Party's uninterrupted operation of its software (SLA services), as well as to provide other services described in the Description of the subject of the order (Appendix A) supporting the use of the software by the Ordering Party; Purpose of development services is to provide the Ordering Party with modifications and expansion of the Ordering Party's software, as well as to provide services supporting the use of the Ordering Party's software.4.
