Description:
1. The subject of the order are services consisting in the maintenance of floating and stationary fountains, Międzywodzie, graduation towers and the infrastructure of the Old Bydgoszcz Canal, to the extent and under the conditions specified in the SWZ together with annexes, including the description of the subject of the order and the contract template.
2. Ordering Party does not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 of the Act on Public Procurement.
3. The Ordering Party took into account the requirements regarding accessibility for disabled people and design for all users, in accordance with Art. 100 paragraph 1 of the Act.

1. The subject of the order are services consisting in the maintenance of floating and stationary fountains, Międzywodzie, graduation towers and the infrastructure of the Old Bydgoszcz Canal,
within the scope and under the conditions specified in the SWZ together with the annexes, including the description the subject of the order and the contract template.
