- The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in the performance of maintenance and preventive work on the rivers in the operation of the Sieradz catchment board in order to maintain their technical efficiency-consisting primarily in protecting against flood and drought. The work will consist of, among others on manual cutting of medium density of the bushes and plating, hackering the DNA from lichen along with winning and exporting, organizing the riverbed.
The order has been divided into 10 parts.
Detailed scope and type of work provided for performance as part of the subject of the contract for individual Parts, with their location, are determined by attachments to SWZ:
- description of the subject of the contract,
- location maps,
- contract template.
The indicated attachments contain qualitative requirements relating to at least the main elements that make up the subject of the contract, which fulfills the premises of art. 246 para. 2 of the PZP Act.
The contractor is obliged to secure the natural supervision of maintenance work on watercourses in terms of the presence of animal nests covered by species protection and in terms of the occurrence of protected plants of plant species. Natural supervision It must be implemented in accordance with applicable law, in particular with the Act of 16 April 2004 on nature protection, the Act of 27 April 2001 Environmental Protection Law.
