Description:
Description of the subject of the contract:
a) The subject of the contract is a service consisting in maintaining, maintaining and repairing the tram infrastructure of the city of Krakow in the years 2025 - 2028.
The task will be implemented on the basis of an agreement concluded on 05.08.2025 between:
Municipality of Krakow - Management Board Roads of the city of Krakow,
Centralna 53, 31-586 Krakow
38 of the Act of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320 as amended), the parties designate the Road Administration of the City of Krakow as The Ordering Party authorized to conduct the proceedings and award the contract on behalf of the parties and for them.
b) The contracting authority described the subject of the contract using the following attachments:
• planned provisions of the contract (PPU), constituting Annex 2 to SWZ,
• technical specifications constituting Annex 7 to SWZ,
• Technical documents constituting Annex 17 to SWZ.
c) Required warranty period: Contractor obliged is to provide a guarantee for robots and works covered by the task and built -in materials (in accordance with §10 paragraph 1 PPU): min. 36 - max. 48 months of warranty (offers containing the warranty period shorter than 36 months will be rejected) with the exception of the guarantee specified in §11 para. 6 technical specifications.
d) The contractor's duties include:
