Description:
The subject of the order is:
1) Maintenance, service and technical support services (hereinafter also referred to as: Support Service) for the System on the terms specified in Annex No. 1 to the Agreement - Description of the subject of the order
2) System Modification Services for a total maximum of 3,000 Man-hours (incl. under optionsin an additional amount of 750 Man-hours) for optional use by the Ordering Party, provided that the minimum amount of System Modification Services is 500 Man-hours, carried out on the basis of a separate Order, in accordance with the principles set out in Annex No. 1 to the Agreement - Description of the subjectu of the order
3) Training/workshop services for System Administrators performed on the basis of a separate Order in accordance with the principles set out in Annex No. 1 to the Agreement - Description of the subject of the order
4) Migration service of the SZT System to the latest version
5) Delivery of service packages for equipment
6 )Package deliveryservice kits for the Ready-made Software
7) provision of additional licenses for Internal Users up to 2,000 units as an option, along with manufacturer's support for the duration of the Agreement and ensuring their maintenance
8) development of a Business Continuity Plan (as part of the option)
9) preparation of the Docsafety documentation (as part of the option)
10) granting a warranty for the delivered Products and services performed for a period of twenty-four months counted from the date of signing the appropriate acceptance protocol
