- The subject of this order is the conclusion of a framework agreement on the basis of which orders will be awarded to maintain natural watercourses and water devices broken down into: NW Chojna, NW Gryfino, NW MyΕliborz, NW Szczecin 1, NW Szczecin 2 and NW ΕwinoujΕcie being in the administration of the Management Board Sinner in Szczecin.
The order was divided by the ordering party into 6 parts.
The purpose of this procedure is to conclude 6 framework agreements for each of the proceedings, between the Employer and a maximum of ten contractors for each part, to determine contracts for the order that may be awarded within three years from the date of signing the contract, hereinafter referred to as "partial orders".
Pursuant to the provisions of the Public Procurement Law, the framework agreement is not a commitment The Ordering Party to award any future orders on its basis.
