- The subject of this order is the conclusion of a framework agreement on the basis of which orders will be awarded to maintain natural watercourses and water devices together with conducting nature supervision in the implementation of maintenance in water supervisors: Gryfice, StonePomeranian, Nowogard and Εwidwin, which are in the administration of the Bondful Board in Opole.
The order was divided by the Ordering Party into 8 parts, of which parts 1-4 relate to maintenance work, and part 5-8 relate to natural supervision.
The purpose of this procedure isThe conclusion of 8 framework contracts one for each part of the procedure, between the Ordering Party and a maximum of ten contractors for each part, in order to determine the terms of the orders that may be awarded in the period by 31/12/2026, hereinafter referred to as "partial orders".(measure) in the "price lists" are of approximate size. Pursuant to the provisions of the Public Procurement Law, the framework agreement does not constitute an obligation of the Ordering Party to award any future orders.No. 1 to SWZ.
