1)The subject of the order is:
Maintenance of park greenery in the Ursynow District - divided into tasks, with a detailed description of the subject of the order specified by:
a)Task 1. Park Przy Pheasantry
Description and technical standards for the execution of the subject of the order - Annex No. 1a to the SWZ;
designed provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 7a to the SWZ;
Price form constituting Annex No. 2a to the SWZ;
b) Task 2. Lasek Brzozowy Park and Moczydełko Park
Description and technical standards for the execution of the subject of the order - Annex No. 1b to the SWZ;
designed provisions of the contract constituting an annex No. 7b to SWZ;
Price form constituting Annex No. 2b to the SWZ;
2) Obligations arising from the social clause
1. The ordering party in the proceedings in question applies the social clause pursuant to Art. 95 section 1 of the Act of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law.

The contractor undertakes myself, that the activities related to the execution of the service order, throughout the entire period of performance of the subject of the contract, will be performed by persons employed under an employment contract within the meaning of the Labor Code by the Contractor or Subcontractor.
