Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the service within the meaning of art. 7 point 28 of the Public Procurement Law, consisting in maintaining the P&R system in Bydgoszcz, including the function of the Park & Ride system operator in Bydgoszcz, along with maintaining in constant technical efficiency of parking lots and teletechnical devices, as well asSupervision, service and maintenance of the Park & Ride system.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, the scope and terms of the performance of the contract described in the planned provisions of the contract (hereinafter PPU) with attachments (Annex No. 1 to SWZ), including:
1) in the description of the subject of the contract together with attachments (annex.No. 2 to PPU) and in the template of the offer form (Annex No. 2 to SWZ). 95 of the PZP, requires the contractor or subcontractor employment or further subcontractor in the performance of the contract (throughout the contract period) on employment contracts within the meaning of the Codework (Article 22 § 1), at least a person performing during the performance of the contract: office and administrative actions. The concise description of the requirements of the Ordering Party in this respect is in the planned provisions of the contract with attachments constituting Annex 1 to SWZ;
while toother persons directly addressed to the contract, the contracting authority will not require their employment on employment contracts within the meaning of the provisions of the Labor Code (Article 22 § 1), due to the analysis drawn up by the Ordering Party, which shows that other persons addressed to implementz...
