Description: The subject of the order is the provision of services ongoing maintenance of the rainwater drainage network of drainage public road in the city of Zabrze.
The Employer provides for the award of contracts consisting in the repetition of similar services (referred to in point 5 of SWZZ and in detail in the description of the subject of the order and price form) referred to in art. 214 para. 1 point 7 PZP. The Ordering Party predicts that the value of these services may amount to a maximum of 25% of the basic order value. The integer value was taken into account when licking the value of the order.
The procedure for awarding a contract consisting in the repetition of similar services may be initiated on the basis of the establishment approved by the Employer to justify the need for their implementation and after securing the relevant financial resources. The award of the contract will be preceded by a free-hand proceedings after negotiating with the contractor.
