Description: 1. Subject of the contract: The subject of the contract is a renovation service for the renewal of the class under the supervision of the PRZE BAKE IV and Karsibor II ferry together with accompanying works. The detailed scope of work and requirements for the subject of the contract is specified in OPZ and in the specifications of the workrenovation constituting Annex 1 and 3.1 and 3.2 to this SWZ. The subject of the contract corresponds to the following CPV codes: 502410006 Services in the field of ship repair and maintenance. 2. The client provides for the division of the order into two tasks: a) Task 1: Renovation of the Ballion ferry IV b) Task 2:Renovation of the Karsibor II ferry. The order of performing individual renovation works, the Contractor will agree on an ongoing basis with the person supervising the performance of the contract on behalf of the Employer. 4declared in the tender offer from the date of signing by the Employer of the delivery report, in connection with the final acceptance of the subject of the contract. 5than within 10 days from the date of signing the contract. 6.
