Ferry maintenance renovation: Bielik IV - hull for the dock, ice chest, fresh water tankand a fecal reservoir. Karsibor II - fuselage for the dock and renovation of propeller screws / 2 pcs /, review of the screw shafts / 2 pcs / pcs / performed.The detailed scope of work and requirements for the subject of the contract was specified in the OPZ and in the specifications of renovation works constituting Annex 1 and 3.1 and 3.2 to this SWZ.ships.
2. The Zalecenikor provides for the division of the order into two tasks:
a) Task 1: Renovation of the Bielik ferry IV
b) Task 2: Renovation of the Karsibor II ferry
3. Failure to perform individual renovation works, the contractor will keep updated with the person supervising the performance of the contract on behalf ofOrdering Party.
4. The Contractor will grant the contracting authority to the quality guarantee and warranty in the subject of the contracting authority in the tender offer, counting from the date of signing by the Employer by the delivery and acceptance report, in connection with the final acceptance of the subject of the contract.
5. PatientsFerries for renovation, confirmed by protocols, will take place in the ferry agreed with the contractor, however, no later than within 10 days from the date of signing the contract.
