- 1. The subject of the contract is maintenance, repair, replacement of elements and modifications of traffic traffic lights in the city of Bytom within 24 months from the date of the contract, but not earlier than from 01/01/2026.
2. The order of the contract is not divided into parts.
3. The object Orders and how to implement it are determined by:
a) detailed description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter SOPZ),
b) list of signaling and radar boards,
d) planned contractual provisions,
constituting appropriate attachments to SWZ.
