part no. 1: maintenance servicesand, repair, service of air conditioning and ventilation devices and systems in the UDT facility in BiaΕystok, PΕock, Siedlce, Warsaw, ΕodΕΊ, Radom, PuΕawy, Lublin, Olsztyn;
1. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the annexes to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) and Designimportant Provisions of the Agreement (PPU - contract template). The list of ventilation and air conditioning devices and systems is detailed in the annex to the contract. 2. Deadline for carrying out maintenance for each part: a) Deadline for completing the first stage of maintenance: no later than the last day resulting from the offerthe number of working days, counting from the acceptance of the schedule by the Ordering Party; b) Deadline for the implementation of the second stage of maintenance: no later than November 30, 2024. Contract validity period for each part: a) for maintenance services of ventilation and air-conditioning devices and systems - not earlierj than from the date of conclusion of the contract; b) for service (repair) services - from the date of conclusion of the contract until February 28, 2025 or until the amount resulting from the offer is exhausted, depending on which event occurs first; c) The duration of the order for stages I and II will be a maximum of 40 days... - Documents:
