Description:
1) The subject of the order, to which the contractor selected in this procedure will be obliged to perform, is the maintenance of the surface of roads, sidewalks and parking lots of public municipal and internal roads managed by the Mayor of Owicim, in 2026 aggregate and asphalt surfaces as part of tasks titled: Maintenance of the surface of roads, sidewalks and parking lots, in accordance with the conditions specified by the Ordering Party in the SWZ and documents attached thereto.2) The scope of the subject of the order includes: a) ongoing inspection of the condition of the infrastructure covered by the subject of the Agreement, including weekly road inspection tours along with an employee of the Ordering Party using the Contractor's vehicle, b) reporting to an authorized representative of the Ordering Party any defects, failures, losses, deterioration of the surface condition, c) performing, at the Ordering Party's request, repairs to the surface of the infrastructure covered by the subject of the Agreement, depending on the nature facility and damage, through: c.1) surface consolidation of road surfaces with asphalt emulsion and grit, c.2) regeneration of bituminous surfaces with emulsion and crushed aggregate, c.3) repair of fattened surfaces; c.4) partial renovation of the surface bi...
