4.1 The subject of the contract is to maintain in constant technical efficiency of elements of road technical infrastructure, i.e. in particular maintenance, assembly, dismantling, replacement, repair, supplementing vertical marking and road safety devices in accordance withRegulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of July 3, 2003 on detailed technical conditions for road signs and signals as well as road safety devices and the conditions for their placement on the roads (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 2311, as amended). The scope of the task includes maintenanceBasic and additional maintenance.
4.2 -tone description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 1 to SWZ together with attachments and in the contract template (Annex 7 to SWZ).parts. The need to coordinate the activities of various contractors implementing individual parts of the order could threaten the proper performance of the subject of the contract. This applies especially to emergency work, where the contractor must react immediately by setting the appropriate signs or BRD devices andCompletely supplement the deficiencies in the marking. If one of the contractors provides material and the other performs the assembly service, the implementation of the above works would become impossible in the shortest possible time.
