Description:
1. The subject of the order is the maintenance of roadside trees along provincial roads in the area of operation of the Provincial Roads District in Pyrzyce. The scope of the service includes maintenance and technical cuts in the crowns of trees growing in provincial roads no. 106, 156 and 175 in a total quantity of 76 pcs. with landscaping.2. Tree care should be carried out in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular the provisions of the Act of April 16, 2004 on nature protection. When performing the service, the Contractor must strictly comply with occupational health and safety regulations and appoint a representative of the Ordering Party. Item orders must be performed in accordance with applicable regulations and standards, the Ordering Party's instructions and in accordance with the conditions contained in the contract, SWZ, detailed technical specification (ST), price form.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Chapter C of the SWZ and ST.
