Description:
1. The subject of the order is the maintenance of roadside trees along provincial roads in the RDW operation area in Stargard. 2. The scope of the service includes maintenance and technical cuts in the crowns of trees growing in provincial roads in the area of operation of the RDW in Stargard, in a total number of 228 pcs. along with tidying up the area.3. The work should be carried out in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular the provisions of the Act of April 16, 2004 on nature protection. When performing the service, the Contractor must strictly comply with occupational health and safety regulations and appoint a representative of the Ordering Party. Item orders must be made in accordance with applicable regulations and standards, the Ordering Party's instructions and in accordance with the conditions contained in the contract, SWZ, Price Form.4. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Chapter C SWZ.
