Description:
1. The subject of the order is the servicing of two uninterruptible power supplies UPS, hereinafter referred to as "Devices" or "UPS", owned by the Ordering Party, also called "NASK-PIB", installed in the Ordering Party's building at ul. Kolska 12 in Warsaw for a period of 24 months, counted from the date commencement of services. The contractor will be obliged to provide servicing of the two power supplies referred to in the table in section 2 below, held by the Ordering Party. The service includes in particular the installation of spare parts, i.e. elements of the Devices, hereinafter referred to as "spare elements" or "spare parts", together with the manufacturer's warranty for such spare elements. Replacement items will be supplied and replaced by the Contractor where necessary to repair the Equipment.2. List of uninterruptible power supplies covered by the subject of the order is below: - Eaton Model 93E/120kVA, S/N: 4H423LXX13, location: Warsaw ul.
