Description:
1. The subject of the contract includes maintenance services, maintaining order and cleanliness on the property of the Social Welfare Home located in Nowa Wieś Ecka at ul. Lipowa 1 in accordance with the conditions specified in the detailed description of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and the draft contract Appendix No. 9 to SWZ. The subject of the order for maintenance services, maintaining order and cleanliness in the Social Welfare Home in Nowa Wieś Ecka is the technical maintenance of the entire unit, along with securing the operation of all facilities, rooms, networks of installations and devices using materials provided by the Ordering Party (maintenance in proper technical and operational condition, constant operational efficiency). Maintenance and repairs are activities aimed at maintaining facilities, installations and technical devices in constant operational efficiency. This goal is achieved by conducting reviews and inspection of the technical condition of facilities and their technical equipment, as well as removal of identified damage and technical malfunctions.
