Description:
1. The subject of the order is the maintenance of street lighting in the Jabonka commune in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027. 2. Street lighting lamps are placed on poles owned by Tauron Dystrybucja and poles owned by the Jabonka Commune.3. On the date of commencement of the order maintenance includes 1,823 lamps (mercury lamps, sodium lamps, LED lamps) and 100 lighting control cabinets. The lighting supply network, cable and overhead, which is subject to maintenance, is approximately 106 km long.3.1. The number of lamps will increase: - in November 2026 by 83 LED luminaires (1,906 pcs.) - in December 2026 by 3 LED luminaires (1,909 pcs.) - in October 2027 by 18 LED luminaires (1927 pcs.)4. Additional points result from the end of the warranty period.5. Starting the service of the indicated post-warranty lamps during the execution of the contract will not be a basis for changing the remuneration agreed in the tender procedure (it should be calculated in advance appropriate costs).6. The contractor selected through the procedure as the conservator of street lighting devices in the Jabonka commune is responsible for the technical condition and safe operation of all lighting devices installed. n...
