Description:
The subject of the order are services regarding the maintenance of urban areas in sector 5 - Krupiński housing estate and adjacent areas, in the scope of:
- greenery care,
- terrain cleaning and winter maintenance of the surface,
-weeds at the curbs with the removal of sand, soil and more pollution.
Name of the task: "Maintaining urban areas in sector 5 - Krupiński housing estate and adjacent areas" as part of budget tasks:
-maintenance of municipal areas of WPF 900-90003-4300
-Maintenance of municipal areas of WPF 900-90004-4300
-Maintenance of municipal areas WPF 600-60016-4300
By Maintenance of urban areas of the site understand the performance of all activities aimed at ensuring the achievement of the required effect (including sanitary, aesthetic, functional, etc.), i.e. maintaining full vitality and aesthetics of nurtured plants and grassy surfaces, performing Cleaning procedures, i.e. waste collection, emptying street baskets, maintaining cleaning of paved surfaces, winter maintenance and constant supervision of maintained areas, immediately responding to the irregularities found as well as cleansing and weeding curbs by roads.
The detailed schedule and scope of work is specified in Annexes 1 - 2 to the contract.
The contracting authority does not require the contractors to submit the means of evidence in question.
