Description:
The subject of the contract is the implementation of works related to the maintenance of water and water equipment at the Bondful Management Board in Łowicz and the Board of the catchment area in Radom divided into 7 parts.
Cz. 1 Water maintenance in the area of water supervision Łodź East
4.1 The subject of the contract is the performance of related worksWith the maintenance of water and water equipment at the Bondful Board in Łowicz and the Brand of the catchment in Radom, divided into 7 parts.
The Contractor is obliged in all parts to secure nature supervision (before starting or at the latest on the day of commencement of maintenance activities)consisting in the diagnosis of the area in terms of the presence of animal nests covered by species protection and in terms of the occurrence of protected plant species. Natural supervision must be implemented in accordance with applicable law, in particular with the Act of 16April 2004 on nature protection (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1336, i.e.), Act of 27 April 2001 Environmental Protection Law (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 54, i.e.).
In addition, before starting work, the contractor is obliged to read the "catalog of good practices" and its attachmentslocated on the website https://www.gov.pl/web/klimat/katalog-dobrych-prawyk-w-zakresie-robot-ydrotechniczne. The contracting authority obliges the Contractor to read the following publications:
