- The subject of this order is the conclusion of a framework agreement on the basis of which orders will be awarded to maintain (maintenance) of water, canals and water devices at the water supervisors: Kluczbork, Krapkowice, Opole, Prudnik, Strzelce Opolskie and Tarnowskie Gory Administration of the Damage Management Board in Opole.
The order was divided by the ordering party into 6 parts.
The purpose of this procedure is to conclude 6 framework agreements for each of the proceedings, between the Employer and a maximum of ten contractors for each part, In order to determine the terms of orders that may be awarded within 33 months from the date of the framework of the framework agreement, but not longer than by 31.12.2027, hereinafter referred to as "partial orders".
In accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law, the framework agreement is not the obligation of the Ordering Party to grant any future orders on its basis.
The work will consist in the ongoing maintenance of sections of natural watercourses, channels
and water devices flowing through water supervision areas - part 1 - 6.
Performing the above works will allow you to maintain in good technical condition of the slopes and DNA of watercourses, contribute to ensuring the correct conditions for the permeation and regulation of water levels at the Damper Management Board in Opole.
