- The subject of the contract is the implementation of works related to the maintenance of water and water equipment and other facilities related to water management at the Basin Board in Kielce. The purpose of conducting the proceedings is to conclude a framework agreement between the Employer and a maximum of tenContractors in order to determine the terms of orders that may be awarded within 12 months of signing the contract.
Work will be carried out at the Basin Board in Kielce and will rely on the current maintenance of water, water equipment and other water management facilities from the area of ββoperationThe Management Board of the Kielce catchment in the scope indicated in art. 188 and 227 of the Water Law, which will include the works indicated in the list of works for individual water supervisors:
a) NW Busko Zdroj area - Annex 3A to the OPZ descriptive document consisting of Annex 2 to SWZ
b) NW JΔdrzejow area -Annex 3b to the OPZ descriptive document consisting of Annex 2 to SWZ
c) NW Kazimierz Wielka - Annex 3C to the OPZ descriptive document consisting of Annex 2 to SWZ
D) NW Kielce area - Annex 3D to the description document of the OPZ consisting of Annex No. 2To SWZ
indicated amounts (measure) in the above attachments are of approximate size.
