2. Scope of the order. 1) Maintenance works, minor renovations and repairs in the general construction industry will be performed according to the detailed scope agreed each time with a given organizational unit of ZBK, i.e. Tenant Service Point No. I at ul. Jaminowa 3-5-7 in Elblg - Tenant Service Point No. II at ul. Malborska 32 in Elblg - Complex of Commercial Facilities at ul. Pk. Dbka 99B in Elblguw issued an order constituting the basis for commencing work.2) Maintenance works, minor renovations and repairs in the general construction industry will be performed in accordance with the framework scope of works specified in Annex No. 1 to the Contract Template (APPENDIX NO. 7 to SWZ).3) The list of buildings together with areas and accompanying infrastructure covered by conservation is constituted as Annex No. 2a, 2b, 2c to the Agreement Template (ANNEX No. 7 to SWZ).4) Municipal premises in buildings of housing cooperatives will each time be indicated in a separate order confirmed by Ordering Party.
