Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery to replenish the storage reserve of current and voltage transformers for 220 kV.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Part II of the SWZ and Part IV of the SWZ.
The ordering party requires at least 60 one-month warranty for all delivered devices. The warranty period is counted from the date of approval of the detailed order acceptance report with a positive result. For the same period, the Contractor shall be liable under the warranty for physical defects
Each time, in all cases, in which the Ordering Party describes the subject of the contract by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Act, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described, if they allow for achieving them features or parameters not worse than those mentioned. The above means that the contractor may use the solutions described by the Ordering Party "or equivalent".
Pursuant to Art. 101 section 5 of the Act, the Contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party is obliged to demonstrate that the deliveries offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party, provided that the Contractor proves in the offer, in particular by means of evidence referred to in Art. 104-107 of the Act, that the proposed solutions meet the requirements to an equivalent extent ...
