Description:
1) the subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery to supplement the storage reserve in the scope of switches with electric drive to a voltage of 110, 220 and 400 kv.
2) detailed determination of the subject of the contract is in part II SWZ and Part IV SWZ.
3) The contracting authority requires the granting of whatAt least 60 month warranty for all supplied devices. The warranty period is calculated from the date of approval of the detailed order acceptance report with a positive result. For the same period, the contractor is liable under the warranty for physical defects
4) each time, in allcases in which the contracting authority describing the subject of the contract by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in art. 101 para. 1 point 2 and para. 3 of the Act, the Employer allows equivalent solutions described if they allowThey get features or parameters not worse than cited. The above means that the Contractor may apply the solutions described by the contracting authority "or equivalent".
5) in accordance with art. 101 para. 5 of the Act, the contractor who cites equivalent solutions described by the Ordering Party is obliged todemonstrate that the deliveries he offers meet the requirements set by the Employer, provided that the contractor proves in the offer, in particular by means of the means of evidence referred to in art. 104-107 of the Act that the proposed solutions to an equivalent extents...
