Description:
Performance of one appraisal report determining the market of land real estate, designated as Dziaka No. 15/76 with an area of 48 m2 Obrbu 255, intended in accordance with the local spatial development plan for public roads, acquired for the commune of Tarnow based on art. 98 of the Act of 21 August 1997 on the property of real estate in order to determine the amount of compensation due. The contractor is obliged to participate in the acting of familiarizing the parties with the real estate values specified in the operation by the Contractor and to grant any possible Revelation regarding the content of this report. A vision of real estate should be drawn up an appropriate protoko, which should be due to the survey. The appraisal should be made in one printed copy and in the electronic version (asks CD). The appraisal applies to the priced photographic documentation real estate - min. 2 pieces of photography with dimensions min. 9 x 13 cm.
