Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the performance and delivery of information and promotional materials to the headquarters of the Ordering Party provided with the ecological production logo of the European Union (Europolis), hereinafter referred to as the "subject of the contract" or "materials" in accordance with the requirements set out in the description of the subject of the contract.
2. As part of the subject of the contract, the Contractor will provide the Employer with information and promotional materials factory-new and free from any physical defects, due quality, previously unused, not using the exhibition at sales points.
By statement "factory new" should be understood The product is originally wrapped (the packaging must be intact and have the protection used by the Contractor).
The "physical defect" should be understood as any non -compliance with the description of the subject of the contract.
3. The Contractor will deliver the subject of the contract to the Ordering Party's headquarters to the following address: Ministry Agriculture and Rural Development in Warsaw, ul. Wspolna 30, 00-930 Warsaw and discharge it in place indicated by the Ordering Party.
4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the conditions regarding the implementation of the subject of the contract can be found in the draft contract and in the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 1 to the draft contract.
