Description: the subject of the order is the execution of a multi-branch design and cost estimate documentation for the investment PN: "Comprehensive modernization of the Media of Wielkopolska Specialist Center - Medical Gases - Stage I - Project Documentation" Provincial Hospital in Poznań - Filia 1. Detailed description of the subject of the contract includes Annex 4 to the ToR - description of the subject of the contract, on the terms concluded in the formula of the contract - Annex No. 3.
Development of design and cost estimate documentation will consist of parts:
- architectural and structural,
- Sanitary / ventilation / medical gases,
- Electric and low-current,
- in paper version - 4 copies, electronic version - 1 copy PDF files and in editable formats DWG, ATH, etc.
