Description:
1) The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of the factory new support structures of the highest voltages or their elements for a warehouse reserve.
2) The detailed determination of the subject of the contract is in part II of SWZ and Part IV SWZ.
3) The contracting authority requires the granting of at least a 36 -month warranty on all provided support constructions or their elements. The warranty period is calculated from the date of approval of the detailed order acceptance report with a positive result. For the same period, the contractor is responsible under the warranty for physical defects.
4) each time, in all cases in which the contracting authority describing the subject of the contract by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in art. 101 para. 1 point 2 and para. 3 of the Act Ordering It allows equivalent solutions described if they allow you to obtain features or parameters not worse than the cited.
