  The subject of the Order is management, supervision and control over the implementation of tasks investment during the implementation of the Works under the project entitled: "Works on the Maksymilianowo - Kościerzyna section, which includes the Construction Contract: Section 4 - construction works on the railway line No. 201, section Lipowa Tucholska - Kościerzyna. The Engineer's duties will also include supervision of the scope of works subject to Option Rights, to the extent that the Ordering Party exercises them. The following optional orders are planned: 1) Term Option Rights - consisting in the Ordering Party's right to extend the implementation period of the Basic Scope by a maximum of 10 months. A detailed description of the Subject of the Order is available in Volume III of the SWZ (OPZ). The Ordering Party envisages awarding the contracts referred to in Art. 388 point 2) letter c) Act. The scope of orders referred to in Art. c) The laws and the conditions under which they will be granted are determined by OPZ.
