Management and supervision over the implementation of the task investment project entitled: "Preparation of detailed documentation and execution of construction works on the section LOT B1-1 Sitkówka Nowiny - Miąsowa (without the station) from km 196.095 to km 218.129" implemented as part of the project entitled: "Works on the railway line No. 8 on the section Skarżysko-Kamienna - Kielce - Kozłów, stage II: section Sitkówka Nowiny - Kozłów 1. The purpose of this order is to manage and supervise the implementation of the investment task, in particular: a) Performing the function of Engineer in accordance with the Agreement and Construction contract; b) Material and financial management, in particular comprehensive service of the construction contract in terms of settlement, monitoring and material and financial reporting; c) Technical management, including performance of duties Investor supervision inspector for the construction contract; d) Construction Contract Management; e) Conducting environmental supervision (in terms of controlling the impact of the construction process on, among others, surface and underground waters, noise, air, surface land, waste management, greenery management) and environmental supervision, in accordance with the decision on environmental conditions, provisions agreeing the conditions for the implementation of the project (if reassessment is required) and other decisions administrative procedures in this regard. 2.
