Description:
Management and supervision of the implementation of the investment task as part of the following projects: "Works on the E 75 railway line (Rail Baltica) on the Białystok - Knyszyn section", "Works on the E 7 railway line...
The subject of the Order is management and supervision of the implementation of the investment task, in particular:
a) Performing the function of Engineer in accordance with the Agreement and Construction Contract,
including Option Rights, to the extent that the Ordering Party exercises them;
b) Material and financial management, in particular comprehensive service of the construction contract in terms of their settlement, monitoring and material and financial reporting;
c) Technical management, including performing the duties of the Investor's Supervision Inspector for the Construction Contract;
d) Management, including coordination of the Construction Contract with Option Rights, to the extent that the Ordering Party exercises them;
e)Conducting supervision environmental, including natural, in accordance with the decision on environmental conditions and other administrative decisions
in this regard.
Preparation of executive documentation and implementation of construction works, as part of the projects: "Works on the E 75 railway line (Rail Baltica) on the Białystok section Knyszyn", "Works on the E 75 (Rail Baltica) railway line on the Knyszyn Osowiec section" and "Works on the E 75 (Rail Baltica) railway line on the Osowiec Ełk section" will be carried out divided into the following sections:
•Section No. 1 Białystok Knyszyn
•Section No. 2 Knyszyn Osowiec
•Episode No. 3 Osowiec Grajewo
the said construction contract will take place
within three separate projects:
