The subject of the contract is the management and supervision of the investment task:Design (in the field of SRK and Telecommunications industry) and execution of works for the task: "Episode 1 - construction works on the railway line No. 201 Station Maksymilianowo" as part of the project "Works on the Maksymilianowo - KoΕcierzyna section". The purpose of this order is to manage and exercisesupervision over the implementation of the investment task, in particular:
a) performing the function of engineer;
b) material and financial management, in particular comprehensive service for construction contracts in terms of their settlement, monitoring and material and financial reporting;
c) technical management, includingPerforming the duties of an investor supervision inspector according to the Construction Law U. of 2024, item 834 and item 1222, as amended died ;
d) Management including coordination of all construction contracts concluded as part of the project;
e) conducting environmental supervision, including nature, in accordance withwith the decision on environmental conditions, provisions agreeing the conditions for the implementation of the project and other administrative decisions in this respect.
