Description:
1. The subject of the order is the management of biodegradable waste generated in the areas owned by the City of Owicim in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.2. Description of the subject of the order, conditions of its implementation, receipt, settlement and payment, and other relevant information for the parties, the provisions that will be included in the content of the concluded contract regarding this order are specified in the contract template and the attached documents attached to the SWZ.3. The subject of the order includes in particular the provision of services in accordance with the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended), in the scope of processing waste code 20 02 01 generated as a result of the care and cultivation of public green areas.4. The quantities of waste covered by the order in question, indicated in the SWZ and documents attached thereto, are estimated values, forecasted, determined on the basis of data from previous years.
