Description:
1. Management of developed real estate owned by the Commune of the City of Ostrow Wielkopolski by meeting the needs of the residents of the City of Ostrow Wielkopolski by ensuring effective and professional management of the municipal resource in accordance with its intended purpose, performing activities aimed at maintaining municipal resources in a non-deteriorated condition, at a level ensuring the safety of people and property.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 7.3. A detailed list of real estate is included in Annex 8:1) Sheet A: list of residential and commercial premises owned by the Commune of the City of Ostrow Wielkopolski,2) Sheet B: list of residential properties and commercial premises owned by the Commune of the City of Ostrow Wielkopolski (housing communities).4.
