The subject of the order is:
The Ordering Party reserves that the amount of waste determined in this way is an indicative amount and the management of waste in an amount less than 1500 [Mg] is not gives rise to any liability on the part of the Ordering Party, provided that the Ordering Party is obliged to transfer at least 600 [Mg] of waste to the Contractor for management purposes, and for failure to transfer this minimum amount, the Ordering Party shall be liable for damages on general principles provided for by generally applicable law.
The minimum threshold of waste that the Ordering Party will hand over to the Contractor for management
is 600 Mg.
After weighing on the Ordering Party's on-ramp scale, the Ordering Party will provide the driver with a weighing receipt and issue a waste transfer card in the Database on Products and Packaging and Waste Management (BDO).
z o. o. stream of waste collected from households, public utility units and companies under signed contracts or orders public.
Waste will be delivered to the Contractor on business days, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., excluding public holidays.
