The subject of the order is: Management of the local resources of the City of Tarnobrzeg is: Organizing and performing works related to the management of real estate resources, in accordance with the principles arising from legal provisions in relation to the following real estate properties: 1) residential buildings constituting exclusive ownership City of Tarnobrzeg (100% municipal);2) residential premises of the City of Tarnobrzeg in buildings of housing communities and housing cooperatives. This scope will not include tasks related to the management of common areas in real estate of housing communities resulting from the provisions of the Act of June 24 1994. owehad the premises ( i.e.j.j.
