The subject of the order is the management of mixed waste and selectively collected waste originating from the provision of services provided by the Company in 2026 in the municipal installation.1) It includes the receipt and management of 1,738 Mg of waste.2. The subject of the order is acceptance and development waste originating from the services provided by the Company in the field of collecting municipal waste from uninhabited property owners in the Kty Commune, Osiek Commune and other communes served by the Company in the field of waste collection from uninhabited real estate to the mechanical-biological installation waste processing, in accordance with the requirements specified in the Act of December 14, 2012. on waste (i.e.: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1597, as amended). The order covers the management of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste, as well as the management of other separated waste, including large-sized, renovation waste, construction waste and others.
