- The scope of the task includes activities related to the administration and maintenance of a municipal cemetery resulting from the Act of January 31, 1959 on cemeteries and burial of the dead (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 576) and the implementing regulations to the Act, the Regulations of the Municipal Cemetery together with the price list applicable on The municipal cemetery in Tarnobrzeg approved by resolution No. XVIII/198/2025 of the Tarnobrzeg City Council of February 13, 2025 on the announcement of the uniform text of the resolution on the adoption of the Regulations of the municipal cemetery in Tarnobrzeg (Journal of Laws of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship of February 14, 2025, item 807), including, among others: handling formal and organizational matters necessary to accept bodies for burial at the Cemetery, as well as other matters related to the activities of the Cemetery in the Cemetery Administration office on the days and hours of its operation, keeping cemetery books using the traditional method and electronically in programs in which the city of Tarnobrzeg currently keeps records of graves and buried people, linked to photos of graves, enabling the operation of an online grave search engine for the municipal cemetery on the City Geoportal Tarnobrzeg,...
