Description:
5.1. The subject of the order is a service in the field of management of the municipal real estate resources of the city of Giycko in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the order, constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ and in accordance with the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annexes No. 2 and 2A, respectively, to the SWZ. Real estate and the scopes covered by this subject of the order are indicated in Annex No. 3a to the SWZ List of properties to be managed.5.2. CPV (Common Procurement Vocabulary): 70330000-3 property management services on a direct payment or contract basis.5.3. The Ordering Party, pursuant to Art. 95 of the Procurement Law public, requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ, under an employment relationship, persons performing activities related to the execution of the order, the performance of which consists in performing work in the manner specified in Art. 22 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277 from Mon. amended)5.4.
