The subject of the order is: MANAGEMENT OF THE MUNICIPAL RESOURCES OF THE WRZENIA MUNICIPALITY with a total area of 11,091.82 m2 to meet the needs of the inhabitants of the city and commune of Września, in accordance with its intended use, carrying out activities aimed at maintaining the municipal resources in a non-deteriorated condition, at a level ensuring the safety of people and property. The concept of municipal resource management includes making decisions and carrying out activities aimed at ensuring safety of use, proper operation of real estate and technical service, as well as activities aimed at maintaining the real estate. in a non-deteriorated condition, in accordance with their intended use, within the scope of rights and obligations arising from the provisions of the Act of August 21, 1997 on real estate management, separate provisions, including provisions of local law, including the obligation to obtain separate powers of attorney, to make activities that go beyond the ordinary management of the entrusted municipal resources.
